I’m A.J. Keilty, President and CEO of KEILTY. Since founding the firm in 2003, we’ve managed over $1.2 billion in real estate and built a reputation for creating long-term value across office, residential, student housing, and now express car wash development through Tommy’s Express®—where we’re bringing a proven technology and service platform to underserved market car wash markets in Ontario and Eastern Canada. I lead our investment, development, and asset management strategies, with a focus on building strong teams and entrepreneurial platforms. We move quickly, think long-term, and care deeply about performance. We use a hands-on approach to execute our real estate investment strategies. I’m a lifelong learner, entrepreneur at heart, and proud Queen’s University - Commerce graduate. I believe in clarity over complexity, surrounding myself with skilled people, and doing what we say we’re going to do. I'm a heavy listener to audiobooks and podcasts usually at 2.5x speed, and I’m a long suffering fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
